Anything but a card!

Hello!

Well it's time for another fun challenge over at A Gem of a Challenge  and this will be our last of the year and this time we have to make something which is not a card! So here is what I've come up with .....

Today I decided to make a fun hot drinks cup holder. So using this adorable christmas unicorn with hot chocolate
Isn't he adorable? He comes B&W or coloured in and today I used the pre-coloured image. I took a 12x12 card stock and cut a strip then did the folding. I cut out 2 snowflakes and matted the image on to and then I added some snow flakes. This image was put on the front.
Around the cup you will see ribbon both pink stripe and turquoise and on top I've added this beautiful BIG snowflake. I added bakers twine and a couple more flakes along with 2 pink glitter berries and a white jingle bell for effect.

On the back I just added a little text just so it looked finished off.

The cup is stuffed full of those red truffle balls we all love. Oooh I wish I was keeping it now lol.

Thanks for stopping by, I do hope you can join in the fun with us as you know we are a anything goes challenge. I'd like to wish you all a Very Merry Christmas and see you in the New Year.

Design Sheet cards

Hi,

I shared last week a A4 sheet I'd printed off to make a couple of Christmas cards with. The sheet was off winnie-winterland-big-kahuna-digital-craft-download-bundle which is jam packed with beautiful images, papers, embellishments and these wonderful design sheets. These sheets can be bought individually too.

With this one sheet I made 2 cards and 3 tags and kept the candy cane for something else too.

This first card went straight off to my friend Sandy as I know she loves this image. I made a 6x6 card and matted mint green card which I had embossed first with Christmas phrases. I diecut some deep red gingham and then Winter White glitter card and on to that I added the image which I had hand cut out from the sheet. I added a extra bow to the top and a holly branch too. I stamped a Christmas greeting and added that to the card front to balance it out.  It has now arrived in Florida so I can post on here today.

Here is the second card. This is a 5x7 and I have added the paper straight down flat. To the ribbon I added the sprig of holly. Then taking a Polkadoodles Christmas sentiment stamp I added that to a cream circle and that to a pale blue one, both were cut using fanciful-circles-nested-set-6-craft-cutting-dies Under that I added several sprigs which I dotted red glitter glue to.
You can see both tags behind the cards and with a little bakers twine they are perfect.
I'd like to join in with the following challenges

Thanks for stopping by today.

Christmas Stocking Fillers

Hello There!

Well as it's Tuesday that can only mean one thing? It's time to start a new challenge over at digichoosday  and this week we are all thinking about Christmas.

I am getting a few stocking fillers made for friends and family right now and this is what I came up with for my friend.

I started with a hard board cover which I painted with bronze paint by Kaisercraft. Once dry I printed off a paper, co ordinating flowers and a sentiment from the amazing winnie-winterland-big-kahuna-digital-craft-download  this kit is jammed pack full of beautiful papers and other embellishments along with 11 B&W images and also coloured in versions too.
I covered the front and added the black squiggly lines. Then I added 2 layers in places of the flowers. I also added the sentiment to the top and printed out myself the Christmas gifts one which is at the bottom. I dotted around gold glitter glue and red perfect pearls.
To finish off I added lots of ribbon bows to the ring top.

I do hope you can come on over and join in the fun. As always anything goes and a great prize to be won too. This is my last post for the team before Christmas so I'd like to wish you all a Happy Holidays.

Warm Thoughts

Hello,
It's time to kick start our new challenge over at A Gem of a Challenge #233 . As design team members we were asked to make a Christmas themed card. Well in our house we always try to go for a nice walk after we have eaten our fill of Christmas Dinner and that will always require a nice warm coat and hat.

This image Emma-winter-printable-digital-stamp-download comes pre-coloured and black and white for you to colour. I have coloured her in using my Promarker pens today. You can now buy your Pink Gem images from Polkadoodles.co.uk

I have made a 5x7 card and first stamped a snowflake using a rose-pink ink. Then I took two papers one picking out the blue of her jeans and the other similar to the snowflake colour (I ran it through a embossing folder first) and layed them in a jaunty angle. I used a sage green doily under the image and it was added using foam pads.
I added crystal gems to some of the snowflakes and dotted around the card base, also the sentiment is from the same stamp set as the snowflakes and it was cut out using my Fancy Rectangle die set.

Thanks for stopping by today, leave a few words please so I know who's called in.

I have coloured her in using mostly my Promarker pens and cut her out using a Spellbinder Die. To finish off I added a few gems and pearls.

Thanks for stopping buy today, leave a word or two and I'll pop over to yours too.

Just a card!

Today I'd like to share a simple Christmas card I have made using up bits I had left on my craft desk.

I had been playing around with images from my favorite Christmas kit winnie-winterland-big-kahuna-digital-craft-download-bundle which you can purchase at polkadoodles.co.uk

The card is a 5x7 cream card blank which I covered in a dark green paper. Then on to that I added my little "mash-up". I resized a paper from the kit and then on top I added 3 different size trees along with the reindeer and then I printed it off. I then printed off another middle size tree and another reindeer and decoupaged them on to the background paper.
I added a sentiment along with glitter glue to the trees and red perfect pearls to his nose.

A Christmas Tag

Hello,

Well I can't believe this is my last post for the year for the challenge over at Little Patch of Crafty Friends and we have yet another exclusive sponsor. This time around it is Peppercus-design .

I chose this cute little fella Penguin & Tree he comes pre-coloured which is great at this time of the year when we are all mad busy getting ready for the holidays. I decided to make a few gifts tags with him, each tag has 2 images on. I used foam pads to lift him after I removed the tree and his feet.

The tag is made using one of the dies that came free with my Gemini Die Cutting machine. I just inked the edges and added some gold dotty paper. Then using a tiny piece of striped paper, red rick-rack and white bobble trim I placed that at the bottom slightly over hanging.
The stamped sentiment was free with a magazine and around the image I added a few sequins and glitter glue. A double bow of red and green bakers twine finished it all off.

I do hope you can come and join us this time around. We are as always a 'Anything Goes' challenge.
Thanks for stopping by today, I hope you can leave a few words.  I'd like to enter here with this make...

In The Night Sky

Hello There,

Today I have a new card to share with you. It is for our new challenge starting today over at Digichoosday Crafting Challenge and as DT members we were asked to think about the night sky. Myself all I could think about were monsters coming down from other planets!!  Well of course Nikky can't make nasty scary ones (thank goodness) so I have used  this fuzzpea-digi stamp download isn't she cute.

I have also used 2 papers from the little-monsters-printable-papers and chopped up a sentiment from little-monsters-messages-scrap-kit . The image I coloured in using mostly my Promarker pens. I cut a mat for the image using fanciful-circles-nested-6-craft-dies . I have also cut out a Hello using pink card and a selection of stars which I have dotted about the card.
This was such a fun card to make. I have kept away from monsters in the past because they were just not right but these are so much fun.

I hope you can come on over and play this week as always a great prize to be won. Thanks for stopping by and I do hope you can leave a word or two.

Hedgy in a Gift Bag

Hello again!

Well it's that time again to kick start our new challenge over at A Gem of a Challenge and this time we as design team members were asked to make a gift bag. You don't need to do that as we are a 'anything goes' challenge. Of course if you wanted to that would be great.

I chose to use this cute little Hedgy-in-a-hat-printable-digital-stamp which today I have used the pre-coloured version. It comes both ways black and white for you to colour or ready coloured.  I added some snow paint to his bobble and the snow at the base and Glossy Accents to the berries.

I first took some deep red card and then added this kraft paper with a holly pattern to it. Down the left side I added green rick-rack along with red gems and a sentiment added to a snowflake cut from the same deep red. Before I added it I tucked a gold branch behind. A small bow from bakers twine and a few dots of glitter glue finishes it all off. The image is added using foam pads.

I do hope you can join in because there are prizes to be won to spend instore at Polkadoodles.co.uk on anything you want. Remember you can buy Pink Gem images at Polkadoodles.co.uk now.

Thanks for stopping by today,

Clean and Simple!

Hello,

Today I'd like to share something I find very hard to do with these beautiful images from  Polkadoodles.co.uk  It is a Clean and Simple style and that's our theme as DT's in this weeks challenge starting today over at Digi choosday crafting challenge . I do hope you will come over and join in but remember we are a "anything goes" challenge so feel free to share what ever it is your making today.

But after I said I find it hard I have to say I'm quite pleased with the outcome!

I have used another image from the stunning Winnie-winterland-big-kahuna-digital-craft-download-bundle
there are 12 images on there both in black and white for you to colour or the same images are ready coloured just as this one is.  Well it's a busy time so why not but also Nikky understands that not everyone likes to colour in so there is something for us all.
I did some simple mat and layering with a little inking around the edges and popped it up using foam pads. The ribbon I just found in my stash which I think goes very well.

I hope you can join in with us this week and maybe share your CAS cards.

Thanks for stopping in, please leave a few words as it's always nice to see who been by.

Glitter and Sparkle....

Hello,

Time to share my card for the new challenge starting today over at pink gem challenge blog #231 as a DT member we were asked to use the theme Glitter and Sparkle. But we are a anything goes challenge so you can share what ever it is your making.
Today I have decided to use Emma-christmas-pudding-printable download  she is available now at Polkadoodles.co.uk with many more fun images.

I chose to make a 5x5 card today and first off I added this lovely rusty red gingham paper and added her using foam pads to the right of the card allowing me to add this wonderful  script tree by Polkadoodles which I picked up in a local craft store, I matted it on to a similar red card and fussy cut it out and added it to the far left again using foam pads. To "Glitter" it up I added glitter glue in gold and red as baubles.
I added a little self printed sentiment to tie in with the pudding.  Emma was coloured in using my Promarker pens today.

Thanks for stopping by, I do hope you can come on over and join in the fun with us.

Thank You

Hello there,

Today I'd like to share with you a little card I have made for our neighbors who have kindly helped out with car parking whilst we have been having some garden work which has meant a skip on the driveway.

I have used this wonderfully colourful splash-of-summer-posy-doodles-paper-kit which is available in store on sale at Polkadoodles.co.uk

I have also used the stamp set which unfortunately is out of stock at the moment, but keep checking back you never know. I stamped around the edge of my 5x5 card with the "berry twig" I call it and coloured them in with pencils today.
I took two of the many toppers from the kit and layed one down and the other I fussy cut the mushrooms and strange flowers and added them using foam pads. The stamp is by Verve who unfortunately have closed down now.
Thanks for stopping by today, leave a word or two as it's so nice to see who has stopped by.

I'd like to join in with these other challenges today

Awesome Birthday!

Hello and Happy Sunday!

Today is the start of our new challenge over at lilpatchofcraftyfriends.  and this time around we have another favorite sponsor and it is fabrikafantasy.com . We as DT's have each been given a image to use from the store and I have chosen this cute little guy called cute-zebra-3  when you buy him he comes ready coloured or black and white for you to colour. I have decided to use the pre-coloured version this time. Not everyone likes to colour so this is a Fab idea for the retailer to do.

So today I have made a cute 6x6 birthday card. I chose a paper to go with the colours in the image and placed that down first. Then I cut 2 circles one using a darker blue and the other from the same paper as the main mat.
The image I cut out of the die at the top showing the balloon flying up, I matted that on a little yellow paper and using foam pads I placed it down. I stamped directly on to the paper using my Verve stamps and cut out the Awesome die in red. I added 3 balloons and a cluster of stars which are cut from petrol blue mirri card to finish it off.
I do hope you can come on over and join in the fun this fortnight you could be the winner of the 3 images.

Making a Start....

Hi and Oooh it's Tuesday!

Which means it's time to kick start a new challenge over at digichoosday and this week we are thinking about Christmas and Winter themed events.

I know it happens every year but every year I get caught out by not being ready with my cards! So I have decided to make one Christmas card for every none I make for the next few weeks. I know that won't be enough but its a start!

Here is what I have made

I have used a 5x7 card blank and then I printed out 3 different papers, a sentiment and some baubles from the embellishments set of the gorgeous Winnie-winterland-big-kahuna-digital-craft-download  I then printed out the adorable Winnie-winterland-fairy which is in the kit but you can buy her separately.
I have also used my newest die set Polkadoodles Fanciful-circles-nested-6 dieset  This is on sale at the moment and I can tell you it cuts like butter!
I coloured her in using my Promarker pens and added some sparkle to her wings and the baubles too.

I do hope you can come join us, as always Anything Goes! With the chance to win a gift card to spend in store on anything you please.

A Little Bit Scary

Hello,

Today I'd like to share with you my new card for this weeks Digichoosday Challenge  We were asked to think about "spooky" things. So I have made this easel card to celebrate the upcoming Halloween festivities which are becoming more and more popular over here in the U.K in the last few years.

I first made my 6x6 card base from bright white and then I printed off a selection of papers from Halloween-trick-or-treat-printable-papers-3 as well as sentiments from Halloween-trick-or-treat-printable-sentiments and then the cute little Winnie-wednesday-trick-or-treat-precoloured-digi-stamp  I did some mat and layering and made sure I lifted the base sentiment to be the stopper.
I added 2 lengths of ribbon before cutting the image and its mat with the fancy-rectangles-tabs-die-set . I positioned a very creepy spider at the bottom ( it's like she is looking at it! 😧) and a couple of tiny bats too.

I do hope you can join in the fun. You don't have to do spooky as we are a anything goes challenge. So come on over and "show us your makes" lol.

Onesie-Pink Christmas.

Hello,

I am here today to share a card for a new Design Team I'm on. It is Pink Gems and they can now be found over at Polkadoodles.co.uk .
Nikky has brought Janets designs under her umbrella so now you can find her lovely images there. The challenge can still be found here at Pinkgemchallengeblog.blogspot.com

For my card I have used Poppy-onesie-digital-stamp-download you can also purchase her in a pre-coloured version for those who prefer not to colour. I coloured her in using my Promarker pens.

For this card I made a 5x7 white card base and then matted it up with black and on to that  Illuminate from the Sparkle Collection
I also cut a strip from Vivacity from the same collection. On to that I added some pink sheer ribbon adding along the way a silver Christmas tree charm and some pink glitter berries.
The sentiment is cut from the info strip from one of the papers used. A few clear sequins and some foam tape for lift and the card is complete.

Casual Girl!

Hello,

Today I'd like to share a card I have made for a fun loving, clothes loving young lady turning 18!

I have made the card using a Dutch Doobadoo Shape Art. I cut a layer of floral written paper which I've had in my stash for over 10 years and thought I'd never use it lol. Then on to a white card I stamped one of the images from the All Dressed Up stamp set called "what's your style?". Along with the text next to her.

Using my Promarker pens I coloured her in. I cut 2 of her head and her handbag so I could pop them up using foam pads. The bag I added Glossy Accents to. I used the same template to cut it out and then I edged her using tiny stamps from the Polkadoodles Honey-daisy-clear-stamp-set  I stamped a flourish in green and added flowers, leaves, stamens and a denim blue hat pin to the left.
A diecut heart and the figures 18 were added and tucked behind the main piece. The Happy Birthday is by Verve Stamps and cut out using my faithful fancy-rectangles-tabs-die-set  The stand is a die by Tonic.

Peek a Boo in fantasy land.

Hello again!

Today I'm sharing a tag I have made for this weeks Digichoosday #36Challenge . We were asked to think of fantasy and this is what I came up with.

For this I diecut a tag shape from a Bling bronze cardstock. I covered it with the greyish paper from Winnie-winterland-digital-craft-papers I did sponge a leaf design on to it and inked the edges first. Then I took several images from the cute Autumn/fall-colour digi-stamps download bundle which I stretched a bit before I was happy to print them. This is the beauty of digital images you can size them for your own crafty projects. Also all the images in this collection are coloured in.

I then printed out and coloured in with my markers helga-hippo-peek-a-boo-download isn't she adorable? I decided where she was going to stand and began to add the leaves, ferns and toadstools using both wet glue and foam pads for dimension.
Before I finished I added perfect pearls in pale green and charcoal and then I went around some images with a black pen. A little sheer ribbon in burgundy and olive green finished it all off.

I do hope you can join in with us this week as I'm looking forward to visiting your blogs.

The Icey Christmas Flower

Hello,

Today I'd like to share with you all the card I have made for the new ATG challenge starting today over at lilpatchofcraftyfriends.  This time around we have the wonderful Fredshesaid as our exclusive sponsor. They have so many different images to choose from both pre-coloured or not.

For my card I chose a pre-coloured image that is called Icey Christmas Flower on the sheet (which is only £1) you get enough to make 2 beautiful cards.

I decided to make an 5x5 easel card from bright white cardstock. I fancy cut the edge of the base with my Spellbinder die to mirror the petals. I covered the base and easel with paper from a Christmas paper stack. Next I cut from pale mint green glitter paper a stitched circle, the stopper bar and some poinsettia flowers. I also cut from white card the bar and larger poinsettia flowers. The bar I did a final mat on to navy blue to match the blue in the flower and on the paper.
Taking the image sheet, I hand cut the base scallop and wet glued it down then I cut the next layer using my stitched die and using foam pads I added it. Then you get 2 layers of the flower 1 with the leaves and the other just the flower. All were added using foam pads. I pinched the top petals and slightly offset it.
I added glitter glue and perfect pearls in pale blue, along with the pale green dazzler to the main image. Then to the stopper bar I added a Merry Christmas peel off to a mat of white and navy. I made up 3 flowers and added pale blue gems to each before hot gluing them to the front of the bar.

I'm sitting here in the evening typing this up with the card next to me and its twinkling away like mad, I think it will look pleasant on someones sideboard this Christmas. I love all the decorations and Christmas flowers that are in people's homes

I do hope you can join in the fun as the prize will be $10 gift card to spend in the store.  Please also remember the rule change of only 3 entrees per challenge now.

I'm entering in a few challenges

Thanks for calling in and remember to leave a word or two.

Peach is Best.

Hello,

Today I'd like to share with you all another card I have made. This one uses papers purchased from Merly Impressions where I go to join in and crop. These papers are from the beautiful ooh-la-la-collection . Again we are using a 6x6 bright white card base.
I have added a distressed edged peach card first then to that I have added oui-oui using the darker side stitching around the edge with white thread. Then turning over the oui-oui  paper I have cut out 9 x 1 3/4 squares distressing all edges before adding to the card.
Then I took some natural floss! and added that to the front. I cut a narrow circle and added all my flowers and foliage to it and placed that down using glue gel for lift. The disc is cut from left overs of the papers and to that I added the 80. I dotted about peach pearls and we were finished.

This card was made for a lady who is in the WI and adores flowers. I have been told she loved it.

Perfect Day!

Hello,
Today I'd like to share with you all a card I made last week. The card is my favorite size at the moment 6x6 in bright white. I have used a selection of papers I have had in my stash for quite sometime. They were purchased at Merly Impressions   and they are from the secret-garden-collection which I'm afraid is almost all sold out (I did say I'd had it a while lol).
I have placed down the blue xx paper, then taken one of the ready to use card front pieces they sometimes do on to a pink cardstock and removed the centre, this was added using foam pads. Then taking another paper in the rich red I cut a slightly smaller circle and added it in to the middle flat. Then I cut a scalloped circle and stitched around the edge and stamped in to it the Verve sentiment and added that on foam pads. I fussy cut a few flowers to add to the space and cut out the Perfect also by Verve in the blue bling card adding that with glue gel.
I took a few flowers from my stash along with some Verve Sprightly Sprigs and some glitter glue and we were done. Just popping my printed out 70 Today on a flag banner under the pink bloom.

Thanks for stopping by today.

Ding Dong!

Hello There,

Today begins a new challenge over at digichoosday . As always we are a ATG challenge with a super prize to be won. But today we as DT members have been asked to make Christmas but not a card.

So I decided to make a decoration for my home. I love to have things around the home hanging in unusual places just so Christmas gets everywhere.

I chose to use this stencil from Dutch Doobadoo's and I cut it out in Kraft card. Then using the fantastic winnie-winterland-big-kahuna-digital-craft-download-bundle I printed out 2 papers, a sentiment, several baubles and of course the adorable snowman carrying his own. To this I added a doily, wooden snowflake and some drops of glitter glue.
The kit has an almost vintage feel to it and this shows well in all the wonderful papers available to print,

I do hope you can come along and play with us this week, I'm looking forward to visiting your own blogs.

To finish it off I added a pink flamingo (cause you have to have one!) a lovely bright sun, a "selfie" diecut.

Just for You!

My Goodness where is this year going to?

I'd like to share with you all today my card for the new challenge over at lilpatchofcraftyfriends. We have an exclusive sponsor this time around who is lemonshortbread and they are offering the winner 3 images of their choice. We as design team members were given a choice of two images to use and I chose this pretty flower-wave-girl .

I took a 5x5 bright white card blank and stamped two different flowers and a couple of leaves. Then taking my Promarkers and pencils I coloured her in. I cut her out using my stitched die and matted her on to some bluey green paper. I stamped a simple sentiment which ment I could use the card for any occasion.

Please pop over and see what the rest of the team have made, then add your newest make to the link who knows you could win.

Christmas In July!

Hello There!

It's Tuesday which means it's time for a new challenge over at the wonderful Digi Choosday Crafting Challenge Site . We as design team members were asked to think about Christmas but for you guys it's still an anything goes challenge.  Whilst your over there checking out my team mates wonderful creations do take note of the terrific discount code that is available for you to use instore.

Here is my card for today and it is made purely from the amazing Winnie-winterland-big-kahuna-digital-download kit . I tell you there is so much amazing stuff on there I dare you not to be blown away by it all.

The only thing I added to this bright white 6x6 card is plain blue card, the bobble and a touch of glitter pen.
I decided to keep it easy for this card showcasing the papers, sentiments and wonderful images. I resized the two trees and cut them out. The boarder strip at the top is off the sheet of buttons which I have tucked under the card after cutting one out and putting it on the envelope ready. The right hand tree has been raised and shaped with Pinflair.

I’m joining in at the following challenges

Thanks for stopping by today, I hope you can leave a word or two.

3 Today.

Hello,

Here we are again it's the 15th so time to share my reminder post for this months Bestie International
challenge. We have a theme running but we are also a ATG challenge.

This is a large 7x7 card for my friend to give her Granddaughter who will be 3 soon. I chose to use this darling image
which I coloured in using my Promarker pens.
I cut her "out" of the Spellbinder Die and matted her on to pink card. I made a frame using another die with a postage stamp edge from mellow yellow card. The paper underneath I stamped balloon's and hearts using three different inks.
I cut out several balloons and dotted them under the heart and the main image. The BIG bow I added and finished with a pink heart button. A few pearls added to the bottom and we are done.

Thanks again for stopping by and if you haven't yet come on over and join in the fun.

Splash of Colour.

Hi,

Today I'd like to share a card I made for a friend to give her niece.  I have chosen to use this pretty splash-of-summer-posy-paper-kit by Polkadoodles
You get 24 sheets of toppers and 24 sheets of patterned papers so there is lots to play with.

This is a big A5 card and in my haste to post I've chopped the top off!! The only thing I've added here is some deep purple card and glitter. You get 4 of each topper sheet so I was able to fussy cut one to add flowers to the edge. I cut a few butterfly's out and dotted them about along with some dots of glitter glue. The card is bright white and I did a little wiggly line around the edges to bring it all together.

Hello!

Well  HELLO to you all,

Today is a new beginning for me and an exciting one too. I am pleased to say that I have now become a permanent design team member for the DigiChoosday Crafting Challenge Blog . I have to say I am chuffed to bits to be part of this super team.

Today is the beginning of a new anything goes challenge but as DT's we were asked to make something which included wings. So what better than a butterfly! I love them and try my best to add them where I can.

Hopefully when you see my next post I will have my own watermark and banner, but no worries if it takes longer as Nikky is very busy right now preparing to bring us all more beautiful things to play with.

For this challenge I used a "long ago purchased" MDF butterfly shape which I have covered using a paper from the wonderful splash-of-summer-posy-doodles-paper-kit which is still available at this time in store. I then took some flowers and leaves from believe it or not Winnie-winterland-big-kahuna-digital-craft-download-bundle there are so pretty and depending on how you layer them they don't shout Christmas. There is so much in this kit I don't think I could ever use it all up in one Christmas. It's well worth taking a look at the big kits as they are such great value. The sentiment is from Winnie-celebrations-2-sentiment kit there are so many great ones in there. To finish off I added the zesty lime ribbon as a hanger which I added another little butterfly charm to, some black gems to the flower centers and a few dots of glitter glue.

I was really pleased with the outcome, maybe now I'll use a few other hidden MDF items lol.

I do hope you will link up your own creation as there is always a winner and DT favorites who all win a great prize. Thanks for stopping by today and I hope to see you again soon.

Under the Sea!

Hello,
It's time to share another card for the challenge just starting over at Besties International challenge blogspot we are a anything goes challenge but for those who like one we have a theme and this month it is "under the sea".

Today I have made a easel card using this wonderful image from Sherri called My Besties Enchanted Magical Unicorn which I have coloured in using my Promarker pens.
The tent part I have covered in these fabulous new papers from Nikky over at Polkadoodles.co.uk called splash-of-summer-posy-doodles-paper kit  It is full of wonderful bright summer colours in both the papers and the toppers that are included in the kit.

I cut her out and matted her on to a yellow mat. I cut out several spare flowers and dotted them about as well as a couple of ferns with I stamped on to white vellum.
Thanks for stopping by today, I hope you can come on over and join in with us all.

I'm sharing today here at Crafteezee-shop-Summer challenge

Enchanting Butterflies

Hello,

Today I'd like to share with you my card made for this times challenge over at lilpatchofcraftyfriends.  We are a "anything goes" challenge and this time we have a exclusive sponsor who is Paper Shelter and I am using this beautiful Enchanting Butterflies by thepapershelter.com  to make it.

Today I decided to make a shaped card and for this I broke out my Cricut machine! I used this petrol blue card I found in my stash that so happened to match the butterfly wings in the image. The image is a pre-coloured one but you also get the black and white version for you to colour in too. There are sooo many beautiful images to choose from in the store.
I then took my stitched circle die and cut out a pretty pink plaid paper and then a lemon scalloped circle for her to sit upon. I used the same 3 colours to make the mounts for the sentiment which is by Verve Stamps (afraid to say they are closing down) The banner is also from the same set of Verve stamps. I added flower gems and leaves to finish off.
I printed out the image twice so I was able to cut out extra butterflies which I dotted about.

Thanks for stopping by today, if you like what you see maybe you'd leave a word or two.

Pop! It's time to celebrate...

Hello,

I'm here today to share my 4th and last project with you as a Guest Designer over at digichoosday.blogspot.com I've so enjoyed myself with the wonderful group of crafter's over there.

Today I have chosen to make a 6X6 card for any type of celebration, birthday, anniversary what ever you'll find this image is just perfect. She is anniversary-Winnie from Celibrations-1  which I have coloured in with my Promarker pens. You can also buy her pre-coloured too.

I mounted her on to a blue mat cut with my Spellbinder die. The floral paper is from the winnie-sugar-sprinkles-paper-heaven-4-bundle I made flowers from it too, adding gems to the centre. A little lemon ribbon across the middle added texture.
The Celebrate sentiment is from the winnie-celebrations-2-sentiments-digi-kit which I cut out using my polkadoodles.co.uk/fancy-rectangles-tabs-die-set
